03MAINTENANCE

Maintenance license (auto-renews annually)

The initial license purchase includes first-year maintenance. From the second year onward, the maintenance license renews automatically every year, continuing the update entitlement.

  • Renewal cycle: starting one year after purchase, then every year thereafter
  • Renewal amount: 20% of the contractual initial baseline price per year
  • How to stop: cancel automatic renewal anytime from the billing portal (maintenance stays active for any period already paid for)
  • If maintenance lapses, the license itself remains valid — you keep using the version you have (the portal offers the latest 3 releases of each supported major version)
