Sales Price

The price of each license is the amount shown on the pricing page and on the individual product pages. Prices displayed for customers in Japan are tax-inclusive totals.

Each purchase consists of a one-time initial license granting perpetual use of the software, and a maintenance license renewed annually that grants the right to receive updates. The first year of maintenance is included in the initial license.

Community, Multi and Agency Edition are each a flat price covering that plan's licensed account count. Enterprise pricing is quoted individually after you contact us. Community is free of charge, so the payment methods, payment timing and annual maintenance renewal described below do not apply to it.

Additional Costs Other Than the Product Price

The Software runs in your own cloud or server environment. Fees for that environment, internet and communication charges, and usage-based charges for external services called by the Software (such as generative AI APIs) are borne by you.

Payment Methods

We accept credit card payments processed through Stripe. Card details are handled directly by Stripe, Inc. and are never stored on our servers.

Timing of Payment

The initial license fee is fixed and charged immediately upon completion of the purchase.

Because the first year of maintenance is included in the initial license, the maintenance license is first charged one year after purchase and renews and is charged annually thereafter.

Timing of Delivery

The license is issued immediately after payment is completed. The license key appears in your portal and we also send a confirmation to your registered email address.

Depending on payment processing, issuance may be delayed by a few minutes. If the license is still not issued after some time, please contact us.

Maintenance License (Automatic Annual Renewal)

The maintenance license is the right to receive updates released during its term. It renews automatically every year.

You may stop automatic renewal from your portal up to the day before the renewal date. Even after stopping, the maintenance license remains valid until the end of the current term.

After the maintenance license expires, you may continue to use the Software under the initial license. However, you will not receive updates released after the expiry date. To receive updates again, you must purchase a maintenance license anew.

Returns and Cancellations

The products sold through the Service are digital content (software licenses). Because of their nature, we do not accept cancellations or refunds at your convenience once a license has been issued.

This does not apply where the Software is not provided due to reasons attributable to us, or where a refund is otherwise required by law.

Special Conditions

Licenses sold through the Service are not subject to the cooling-off period provided under the Act on Specified Commercial Transactions.
